Why Am I Still Here?

My seat on the HOA Board was taken, but my voice was not.

I did not resign, nor did I step down for health or family reasons. I believe the bylaws give homeowners—not KHOV or Associa—the authority to remove and replace a homeowner-elected director.

I served to ask questions, demand accountability, protect our community’s interests, and ensure homeowners’ money and property are being properly managed. I intend to continue doing that.

A formal Notice of Claim seeking my reinstatement is now being reviewed by an attorney, and Community Voices is beginning a broader effort to seek accountability and transparency.

The most important point is simple: We own this community. We elected our representatives. Our voice matters.

They may have taken a seat, but they did not take my voice, my commitment, or my willingness to stand with my neighbors.

I’m not going anywhere.
