For more than five years, Tim has served as a dedicated advocate for the Four Seasons Community, acting as the residents’ eyes, ears, and voice. He has remained actively engaged in community matters and has consistently worked to protect homeowners’ interests.
Tim has played a key role in monitoring construction activities, ensuring that K-HOV complies with all applicable local rules, regulations, and guidelines. His knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on involvement have been especially valuable as we approach the HOA transition and turnover process.
